Returns + Exchanges

Returns & exchanges:

Kate Holmes Design gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 21 days of delivery, and provide tracking number.
Request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Orders that have been customized in direct collaboration with a customer for a specific, one-off piece, unless product arrives damaged or defective.

Conditions of return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
